Our Story

RBC Sprinkler Services is a true family business—founded on faith, rooted in community, and built by three generations of hands-on experience. It all started when Rich’s dad taught him the ins and outs of sprinkler systems. Rich took that knowledge and, for more than 30 years, has built a reputation for trustworthy, high-quality work in the Littleton area. Now, he’s passing that legacy on to his sons, Brayden and Caleb.

The name RBC reflects the heart behind our work—Rich (dad), Brayden (oldest son), and Caleb (youngest son)—a team committed to doing things the right way, every time.

Rich is a familiar, respected face in the local community. He started fixing sprinklers with his dad as soon as he was old enough to hold a shovel and was hired by a commercial irrigation company at just 16 years old. That early experience laid the foundation for a family-run business where his sons are now learning the values of hard work, integrity, and responsibility—alongside real, hands-on skills that make a difference.

A Colorado native, Rich grew up in Denver, moved to Littleton, and married his wife Sandie in 2007. They started their family in 2010 and have been active members of the Littleton and Chatfield community ever since—especially in football, baseball, wrestling, and golf. As a family, they love camping, dirt biking, mountain biking, and spending time at their family farm during harvest season.
